(December 9) Sacramento County Training on SRRC Resources

SRRC offering a virtual training for County staff to learn how to use the Sacramento Service Provider Directory and SANNA, a 24/7 multilingual newcomer-support chatbot. Sessions cover how to navigate the directory, update your department’s profile, and refer customers to SANNA for quick resource guidance. Training will take place December 9 (1:30–2:30 PM).
