This training covers eligibility, enrollment, referrals, and authorization process. This is a great opportunity for your agency to not only learn about the program for assisting and referring your customers, but also to learn about how you can become involved as a referral partner or provider of services.
Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
Describe what Medi-Cal is and the types of services afforded to Medi-Cal members.
Describe how to make a referral for ECM and CS by Managed Care Plan.
List eligibility criteria and services provided under each of the following: Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports (CS), Community Health Workers (CHWs), and Doula.
