Camp Nefesh - Camper Application - English

Camp Nefesh is a free, in-person summer day camp for  refugee and immigrant children. Camp will take place on:

June 15–19 and June 22–26
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Camp is located at:
3600 Riverside Blvd, Sacramento (Land Park)

This form helps us learn about your child so we can take good care of them at camp.

• Please complete one form per family
• You may complete this form with help from a friend, family member, or Camp Nefesh staff
• If a question is confusing or hard to answer, that is okay
