Free English Classes for Adults in Placer County

Placer Adult School (PSA) offers free ESL classes for adults 18 and older whose first language isn't English, with Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels available. Classes integrate reading, writing, speaking, listening, and basic computer skills, and are offered mornings and evenings, both online and in person, at locations including Auburn, Grass Valley, and Tahoe Truckee.
