The Sacramento Area Newcomer Navigation Assistant is live. SANNA is a chatbot feature that can answer community resource and information questions (for the Sacramento region) and responds in: English/Spanish/Dari/Pashto/Arabic/Ukrainian.
Extensive language testing from native-language speakers has been occurring for months as well as content vetting from only trusted and reliable sources. SANNA collects no personal identifying information (asks for zip code only to know to recommend resources close to the inquirer) and is available 24/7.
